Stuck in connecting

Hi,Dear Technicians
İ want to talk about an anormal problem.İ want to enter game but when opening game it stucks in connecting.I did all the ways (reinstalled game 3 time,added game to windows firewall,added program trusted list in Kaspersky Free,cleared cache in appdata) but it didnt help.This problems continues about 2 weeks.I think it happened after update.Please help me.Sorry for English because I cant speak Russian.I wish you can help me with this problem.
